The Rotary Club of Canterbury Sunrise actively maintains contact with European Rotary Clubs by arranging visits between the clubs both for Rotary business and leisure purposes. Rotarians stay in the houses of their hosts and obtain a closer understanding of life in other countries.

The International Service committee arranges for young people to visit other countries and for The Rotary Club of Canterbury Sunrise to host visits from contact clubs, students visiting the area and those that are studying at local colleges or the university in Canterbury for longer periods.

The Rotary Club of Canterbury Sunrise has fostered links with Amiens Rotary club in Northen France.
